Paolo Zardini has been producing wines in the Valpolicella since he was 16. Now in his early 50s, Paolo is bottling some of the most beautiful wines of the region, like his lean and bright Ripasso. Believing in winemaking techniques used by his predecessors, his wines are truly “Old School”. The wine possesses a great balance of those cooked fruits found in Amarone while still maintaining underlying bright flavors.
