On Tuesday evening, February 27th, local food and wine lovers gathered in Plymouth at Terra for a special wine dinner, the second occasion on which Snug Harbor Wine has been privileged to partner with Chef Taylor Naples and his team. This time, the dinner featured five diverse and delectable courses from Chef Naples, each paired with a wine from The Prisoner Wine Company. As they ate, diners were treated to some discussion of ingredient sourcing and preparation of each course as well as insight into the unique qualities of each wine.
