Good wine, good food, and good company, right here in Duxbury. From guided tastings to themed pairing nights, our events are a chance to slow down, try something new, and meet your neighbors.
What to Expect
Our tastings are small, relaxed, and educational (in a fun way)! We curate each lineup around a theme - whether that's exploring a region, comparing Old World and New World styles, or pairing wines with seasonal bites. Groups typically run 15–25 guests, and every event includes guided pours, small bites and plenty of conversation.
Every event at Snug Harbor Wine is a little different, but here's a taste of what we offer throughout the year:
Themed tastings — Old World vs. New World showdowns, Women in Wine, and seasonal selections
Wine & food pairings — charcuterie boards, recipe-inspired pairings, and small bites that bring each wine to life

Corporate Wine Tasting — on site in Boston
We had the pleasure of hosting a private tasting for the team at NEPC, built around a theme close to our hearts: Old World traditions vs. new innovations. Five wines took guests on a journey from time-honored winemaking regions to bold, modern approaches, sparking great conversation about how the wine world balances heritage with change.
It was a fantastic example of what we love to do: bring a custom, curated experience right to a group, wherever they are.
SSWBN - in the store event
We were honored to host the South Shore Women's Business Network for an evening of wine, conversation, and connection. The tasting featured four wines chosen to celebrate the women behind them. Female winemakers and owners pushing boundaries in sustainability and innovation, paired with stories as rich as what was in the glass.
It was a wonderful reminder of why we love what we do: bringing people together over something delicious. We're already looking forward to the next one.
Upcoming Events:
Book Club Night: A Year in Provence - in the store event
We will be hosting the Duxbury Book Club and discussing ‘A year in Provence’ by Peter Mayle. We'll pour wines from the south of France alongside light bites, with discussion and good company.
Paint and Sip - on site at Duxbury’s Art Complex
We will be partnering with the Duxbury Art Complex for a fun night painting and tasting a few wines
